This blend is even a great support for those of you who struggle with panic attacks and general or acute anxiety. You can simply put it up to your nose and take a few nice deep breaths, or you can work with it by applying it to your skin, just about anywhere, simply avoiding mucous membranes (such as your mouth, nose, eyes & genitals). The scent is floral with notes of a woodland forest infused with citrus trees. It’s a fan favorite and we understand why, wholeheartedly.
