Crafted with the intention to help you fall asleep quickly and stay asleep throughout the night, simply put. We put together this blend after so many of our clients shared with us the need and desire to have something that was simple and easy to help them fall asleep and stay asleep throughout the night and this has become a staple in so many homes of our community members. We recommend rolling it on your spine, on the bottoms of your feet, and on your inner arms to aid you in falling asleep quickly. It’s safe for ages 7 +, and shares the enticing scent of flowers, with notes of vanilla and hints of earthy grasses and trees. You can work with it by applying it to your skin as mentioned above, or just about anywhere, simply avoiding mucous membranes (such as your mouth, nose, eyes & genitals). We only use ethically sourced essential oils in all of our blends.
