Lavender and Peppermint are a timeless remedy and blend that have been used for thousands of years to ease the tension and pain of headaches. We invite you to roll this along your spine, on the sides of and back of your neck or even on the bottoms of your feet to help relieve a headache so that you can maneuver through your day. This blend smells fresh and minty, blended with the calming scent of lavender. You can simply put it up to your nose and take a few nice deep breaths, or you can work with it by applying it to your skin as mentioned above, or just about anywhere, simply avoiding mucous membranes (such as your mouth, nose, eyes & genitals). We only use ethically sourced essential oils in all of our blends.
