Crafted with the intention to help bring you into the presence moment and welcome in inner peace and clarity. It’s a blend that we’ve shared with many of our yoga students who shared they have a hard time meditating and they’ve expressed just how much this blend has improved their meditation practice over the years, as it aids in calming the monkey mind, which likes to keep us busy, and bring in calm and quiet. You can simply put it up to your nose and take a few nice deep breaths, or you can work with it by applying it to your skin, just about anywhere, simply avoiding mucous membranes (such as your mouth, nose, eyes & genitals). The scent is citrusy, with notes of a woodland forest infused with notes of florals & eucalyptus. We only use ethically sourced essential oils in all of our blends.
