This blend is one in which has supported our clients moving through periods of grief, heartache, and learning how to connect into their inner knowing and channel. You can simply put it up to your nose and take a few nice deep breaths, or you can work with it by applying it to your skin, just about anywhere, simply avoiding mucous membranes (such as your mouth, nose, eyes & genitals). The scent is cinnamon-y with hints of woodland forests, wintergreen, and the earthy scent of sage. We only use ethically sourced essential oils in all of our blends.
