It’s great for ages 7+ that tend to lean towards feeling anxious or overwhelmed, whether it be from school, work, or life in general. This blend awakens you with the fresh scent of lemongrass, while clary sage brings in its earthy scent to ground you and lavender invokes the feelings of calm into your heart and mind. You can simply put it up to your nose and take a few nice deep breaths, or you can work with it by applying it to your skin, just about anywhere, simply avoiding mucous membranes (such as your mouth, nose, eyes & genitals). We only use ethically sourced essential oils in all of our blends.
